We successfully delivered both the Ultrapure Water (UPW) system, distribution loop, and the Wastewater Treatment and Reclaim (WWT) systems for Silicon Box’s state-of-the-art advanced packaging facility in Singapore. Executed on a fast-track design–build approach, the 100 m³/h UPW system was completed in just seven months, and the 100 m³/h wastewater and reclaim system within one year.

The UPW system integrates advanced pretreatment with hollow-fiber NF, RO, EDI, and final polishing to ensure consistent, high-purity DI water. The wastewater and reclaim system incorporates biological treatment, physico-chemical processes, reclaim loops, and sludge dewatering to maximize reuse while maintaining discharge compliance.

Key value delivered included consistent DI water supply, seamless transition from project development to full operations, and robust integration of reclaim to reduce water demand and operating cost. Our semiconductor experience and on-the-ground presence enabled us to support both initial execution and ongoing expansion phases in Singapore, providing reliable and efficient water infrastructure for next-generation packaging operations.
