We designed and supplied a high-fluoride wastewater treatment and reclaim system for Micron’s Fab10W facility in Singapore. Using Fluidized Bed Crystallization (FBC) technology, the system removes fluoride and recovers water for reuse within the fab—providing a reliable, efficient alternative to conventional precipitation methods.
With a treatment capacity of ~90 m³/h, the installation was engineered to handle complex semiconductor wastewater streams with variable load and composition. The solution delivers consistent effluent quality, lower chemical consumption, and minimal sludge generation.
We supported the project through design, equipment supply, and commissioning assistance, working closely with Micron’s engineering team. The system continues to demonstrate stable, reliable operation, supporting Micron’s sustainability and water-reduction objectives.
