We designed and supplied multiple water systems for Micron’s operations in Singapore, including the Ultrapure Water (UPW) system and Back-Grinding Wastewater Recycling Treatment System for the Assembly Plant, as well as a Fluoride Wastewater Treatment System for Fab13.

The back-grinding reclaim system recovers rinse water from wafer back-grinding processes, significantly lowering total water demand. The fluoride treatment plant, using FBC technology, delivers stable performance with low chemical consumption and high operational reliability under variable semiconductor load conditions. Together, these systems strengthen Micron’s long-term water conservation strategy.

Our scope included process design, equipment fabrication, and commissioning support. The systems have operated reliably since startup, consistently meeting Micron’s stringent quality and performance standards.
