We implemented a 90 m³/h wastewater reclaim system for GlobalFoundries’ Fabs 7 and 7G under a long-term Design-Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (DBOOT) model. Commissioned in 2021, the system continues to operate reliably under a 10-year BOOT agreement.

The process train integrates activated carbon filtration, ceramic ultrafiltration membranes, and high-recovery closed-circuit reverse osmosis (CCRO) to maximize water reuse efficiency and significantly reduce freshwater demand.

This project highlights our ability not only to deliver high-performance reclaim technology but also to support long-term operational partnerships. With robust ceramic pretreatment and CCRO integration, the system ensures consistent reclaim quality, minimized discharge, and optimized lifecycle cost. Our local operations team continues to provide performance assurance and reliability for GlobalFoundries’ semiconductor production.
