We delivered the Ultrapure Water (UPW) expansion project and High-Fluoride (HF) Wastewater Treatment System for XFAB’s semiconductor facility in Sarawak. The UPW expansion—265 m³/h capacity—was implemented to support increased output and greater product complexity. The 35 m³/h fluoride treatment system was built to meet tightened discharge requirements.

The UPW system includes advanced pretreatment, reverse osmosis, and electrodeionization to ensure consistent high-purity water. The HF wastewater treatment system uses FBC technology and chemical treatment to effectively remove fluoride and reduce waste generation, supporting XFAB’s environmental commitments.

Both projects were delivered under compressed schedules and coordinated closely with XFAB’s engineering team to avoid production disruption. Our strong local execution and responsive project management ensured smooth installation and startup.
